Unable to connect to socialclub (rockstargames)

Since the beginning of the week,I'm having issues connecting to both the website as well as the launcher. I just bought Jio Fiber last week on the 27th and it worked just fine until this monday, I tried talking to them on Jio Care live chat and twitter, on the Live Chat they go "My system is not working properly re-initiate the chat" and immediately leave when I give them the details of the Jio Service ID and tell them what issue I have. This has happened with 3 representatives so far, and no resolution.
Today they said that the government gave them a lit of site to ban, so they banned the site (wtf??)
My friends are able to use the launcher and site with no issues whatsoever, weird thing is, it worked flawlessly last week,o what happened now?
uPnP is enabled and im using cloudflare dns, tried google,still doesn't let me in.
I have no idea on what to do,do guide me.

I have the same issue while I'm trying to play GTA online, I've to use a VPN to connect to Rockstar games services, otherwise, it says error code:152 and once when I'm in, I can't play multiplayer as it says failed to download game files from rockstar game services, do you have any solutions, please?
