How do I switch from Airtel Postpaid plan to Airtel Home plan?
There are no details or options either on the website nor on the Airtel Thanks app.

I think the only way right now is to first check with CC whether it’s available in your circle. It should show up on Airtel’s app or website if that’s the case.

CC is asking me to visit Airtel Store as they have no idea about Airtel Home Plans.

Then it’s probably not available where you live. And in this situation, I guess you should try to avoid visiting their store unless unavoidable.
