No.. It isn't... Actually they changed my RJ45 jack 2 days before.. Since then my upload speed is 0.. I think they make wrong color coding... I changed it as global standard by myself.. But its not worked.. They have their own standard.. If you have alliance broadband.. Than please tell me the color code.
hopefully, another alliance user would be able to post a photo of his wiring sequence. but it seems to me that the linesman might have messed up the sequence inside the box which is why you are facing speed issues at your end.
