How to deal with worse BSNL customer service?

Hello friends, I hope you are all safe.

I need your guidance and opinions on this matter. I am on the BSNL FTTH 50mbps plan and its been one year. So far the experience with the connection is satisfactory. Only the issue is with the high ping sometimes but rests all okay. getting a promising speed. In fact, I was thinking to upgrade my plan to 100mbps.

But, the real problem begins here. Every day I pray to the God that there should not be any technical fault in my connection like fiber cut or something as if it happens then I've to be ready for the most challenging battle to resolve the problems and it happens every time. The BSNL support is the worse I've ever seen.
Again, during this lockdown, my internet is faulty for the last two days. Registered complaint through self-care...called customer care too. The only thing I've received is "a random number that generates through a machine". which has no use.
Even I'd saved the local technician number from bsnl but they hardly receive my calls and if they do then they are not aware of the fault in their area. If you request them to resolve the problem then they will speak as I've owned them something or they are doing a big favor on me by receiving my call. I had plenty of arguments with them before.

This is the time we all professionals are working from home and you can understand how necessary the internet is in this global pandemic. It affects us a lot.

Please I am sorry for this much of a long post but I need suggestions, where should I lodge a complaint in order to speed up the resolution process.

U can tweet ur complaint to the bsnl, by mentioning ur complaint and tagging ur bsnlcircle and bsnlcorporate and also dot. Dont forget to mention your contact number there. This is the most efficient way of forcing bsnl to look into your complaints

Still if the issue persists then lodge a complaint with pgportal. Com. They. Will surely look into that most of the times.

Do they resolve the problem quickly in this way?
Just wondering why a customer has to tweet every time to their higher-authorities in order to resolve a small problem in the area. Although, I have done it before too.
BSNL will never learn.

It depends upon ur circle. They have faster resolution process through this way. These are the 2 ways mainly...
