How to remove Zee5 subscription from Act Fibernet

i have same problem ....i have called customer care...they are not connecting to any one ...and the waiting list seems to be 30...wat the hell with act fiber services

There is no user-side web-interface. The ACT call-centre (9121212121) person took my request to unsubscribe and told me that it will be done within 24 hours. I am supposed receive a message in this regard when done! Let me see.

Send a amil to ACT customer care pointing on Zee5 Subscription, they will internally create a ticket to Zee5 which will remove the subscription of Zee5 on your ACT bill.
