Bharath Fiber-100Mbps - Not getting the right speed yet

Hello Friends,

I have a Bharath Fiber connection of 100Mbps with old BSNL ONT Modem (Model = AONT-100C) coupled with a TP-Link C7 Archer router.
The connection is on a bridge mode where the connection credentials for PPPoE has been configured in TPLink router.

Problem is that I always get a ping latency of above 18ms and speed is not upto the mark of 100Mbps commitment. Internet performance always lags.
Is there anything that is incompatible? Is the old AONT 100C device compatible for serving 100Mbps speed?

BSNL seems not in a position is to help seems and for the past 3 days its more pathetic. WFH has become horrible task and no other service providers are ready to serve in our locality due to LCO boundaries.

Latency seems normal, check your optical signal on the ont
 
Please can you guide on how do I check the signal on ONT?
The ONT is showing the LEDs fine with Fiber LED green and everything seems fine. Do I need bsnl tech to check the power on fiber?
 
I am also facing a very low speed with a high ping on a plan of fibro 750gb. I am using this ONT and D-Link dsl 2750u. Pls suggest what should I do for getting the desired speed
