@Ameen My connection is directly from BSNL. I had a talk with the BSNL officer who handles FTTH. But he doesnt has much knowledge about this. He only enusres if the connection is running or not. He told eveything is ok from his side. " Upar se hi kuch issue honga". Didnt argue much with him coz he was clueless. 😅
Well there is a silver lining, they wouldnt blame it on the lco anyway now. atleast that part they would skip. Hope it rectifies soon. 👍. In my case they did acknowledge the issue, but didnt know how to rectify it. Since only my lco had this issue and no other lco from the same exchange had any issue whatsover.

Yes, I don’t get full upload speed. Not sure why it’s not happening.

Optical signal is below the threshold of optimal performance.Ask your LCO to correct the same.

I think there should be sticky thread on BSML FTTH forum where we tell everyone about the optimal signal and how to read errors.But,I do not know how to make sticky thread.😅

Rx power is the optical signal and it should numerically be lower than 27.
But 25 is taken as a thumb rule as 2 dBm variance can occur easily due to slight bends in fiber strands.
