I don't get this good ping ever.
Night improves a bit but it is still in 200 ms range.
I hope the improve their transit capacity and improve their rotten routing.
 
Latency becomes worse due to thier choked up transit. I have seen 207ms latency to new york only on leased lines with SLA.
BSNL can surely provide grest service if they spend some money and task the overhauling thier network to some competent hands.

You have Jio which is already known for good international transit courtesy Reliance Communications.
BSNL got lots of infra but poor talent pool of people who do not know how to use these resources efficiently
 
My connection takes Tata's transit.
My Home - ISP GATEWAY - TATA CHENNAI VSB - TATA MUMBAI - TATA MARSEILLE(France) - TATA London - TATA NEWYORK.
Seems like optimal route but has spiked Latency.
 
When i searched new york in speed test search i got this server too, so i thought it was new york lol.
I mean look at the server name
