Problems with Reliance Jio STB Univeral Remote

How to use the Universal button on Jio STB? When i switch off the tv using power button on jio remotes, it turns back on after some time with a message on tv that is no button is pressed in 28 seconds, the tv will turn off.

Also i would like to control the tv volume with the remote but just pressing the universal button does not help.

Is anyone able to use the universal function to control the tv volume or on off?

I have 2 remotes and after pressing univ, it obly blinks and the function remains the same as before. It cannot control TV.

Seriously, no one has used universal button on this forum? Again requesting on help with using the universal button. It does not seem to work with controlling tv volume or any other function.

Has anyone been able to use it?

I think nobody has used the universal button here.
As for me, my TV audio is defected so no use to me of the universal button🤣. I control the speaker volume with the Jio remote only.

Same issue with the remote control volume ,they do not work on Apps like Netflix,Amazon Prime n Voot..Gave Complaints,but was told they Jio service guys can't do anything about it...
