Hey guys,

I am looking for people who have received 3/6/12 double data vouchers on JIO fiber as part of Covid-19 offer for their Quarter/Semi-Annual/Annual packs.

If you are the one, could you please share the screenshot of the my voucher section including your jio contact number.

I am placing this request because, first JIO did not provide me any vouchers and then after long fight they just provided me one voucher on my annual gold plan.

Any help would be appreciated.

Called their customer care again.

This time I am told it is only for new recharges and not for existing customer. When I told him that I have email from JIO as proof he had no answer.

It feels paying 18k to JIO was a big mistake. Can't they just vouchers uniformally for every user.
 
share the email screenshot here for other users and approach them on twitter/fb. you should be able to get justice on their social media pages.

You'll have a hard time dealing with these guys. Since inception, i see the same set of challenges till date being faced by consumers. Seems like there's no communication across different teams. Can't say about the long term plans but most of us here have received the double data vouchers for monthly recharges and plans in the Que. Moreover, i like others, am an old customer since past 1.2 yrs.
 
I know i am their customer from 3 years. I have my proofs. I won't let them run away. But it is disheartening to see forum members not coming forward to help.
 
I have big update. I pursued my case through pgportal. After logging the complaint, I received a call from someone in national headquarters next day.
Complaint date 22/04/2020 and today I received the vouchers. So resolution within a week including weekend. The issue was confirmed with resolution on 27th and promised a resolution in 48hrs and they fulfilled. I have also discussed 1/10th upload speed. He is clueless about this and asked me to log it through pgportal so that this can be taken up at highest level and resolved.

He also told me the voucher issue was present for few other users and this was resolved for them as well.
 
Thank you. I will fight for upload speeds too. He has admitted on recorded call that there is no such policy of 1/10th upload speed. He tried to troubleshoot but I told him buddy, I am a user for 3 years and I am not the only one with this. Every paying user is facing this.
 
@mikrotik please keep us posted regarding your upload speed fight proceedings. If they provide symmetrical like before, then jio will again become a good choice for people.

send your complaint text to me, I will make minor changes to it and file another complaint regarding upload speed via PGportal
