Netlink onu

User id password and vlan have no problem. Suppose change the onu it's work fine.

The onu which is problematic is running smoothly on other olt.

We have more than 15 to 20 onu's having randomly the same problem (netlink only). Other brands have no problem. This is a big headache.

Could you please clarify what the exact issue is?
  • Does it register with the OLT? Is the PON part of it good?
  • Is it failing to make the PPPoE connection?
  • Does voice work?
  • Are you able to make it work in bridge mode?

Already flashed with HG323RW_Upgrade_NETLINK_BSNL_1_1.0.29-200319 thats also having the same problem. 🙁

Will try this new update HG323RW_UPGRADE_NORMAL_1_BSNL_1_1.0.31-200413.tar

ruled out mac binding? means ? pls explain

BSNL binds PPPoE to the first connected MAC address in some locations, so if the account you are using is already bound to a specific MAC address (might be to the MAC address of the device which makes the PPPoE connection in bridge mode), then PPPoE would fail from within the ONT itself as the MAC address is different.

If you look at the PPPoE logs, you'd know more.
