@ps111193 today i chatted with vsol customer service, they sent the version 1.0.35-200623, but after upgrade, my ont downgrade automatically to version 1.0.25-200307.
Anyway now my internet is up.
i asked my LOC to upgrade the firmware in OLT, but he refused to do that, bsnl informed to use this version 1.0.25-200307 only.

Can anyone help ? :O My router is on 1.0.07-190716 version. It's Netlink HG323RGW. The loc had arrive 1 day back and flashed to this firmware, saying that the one my router had was causing issues to other fiber users. I got this connection 2 days back. I saw Nat type on this connection after flashing of firmware(by loc) and it was strict (I didn't check previously). I tried UPnp, dmz with no results.

So I found out on this forum that upgrading firmware can help from which I can get option to change Nat level. Upon trying to upgrade firmwares.
It successfully reboots but then it's still on the old version. I have tried multiple versions.

I have tried 1.0.32, 1.0.31 and 1.0.29 .

@prabu32 @ps111193 @varkey

There are two more firmware versions on the Netlink website FIRMWARE - Netlink ICT Private Limited listed as:

1. NETLINK HG323RGW NEW FIRMWARE VERSION included DNS FROM ISP as default hardware v1.0

Netlink HG323RW_UPGRADE_NETLINK_1.0.35-200817 (I guess it means 17aug 20)

2. NETLINK HG323RGW normal firmware version for All Hardware Version V1.0

HG323RW_UPGRADE_NETLINK_1.0.35-200817

any idea as to what these are ? seem to be newer than the 1.0.35-200623 (23June 20, if date is to be used as version number )
