HG323RGW problem on BSNL Bharat Fiber Broadband

BSNL
HG323RGW is not connected to internet. And the status shows down in status of wan. Checked the user id and password. After replaced ONU it works fine. But this replaced ONU is works fine at other OLT's.
ISP - BSNL FTTH


Mr. Varkey ji please guide.

I have two onu which is not able to configure. When reset or factory default the values are not changed. Many firmwares upgraded and downgraded nothing works for me.

Any solutions? or suggestions

are u able to login in both onu if not then onu is dumped

ONU is logged in. But after making changes and reboot it will remain at old configuration only.

Both the ONU have the same problem.

click cancel customer default from this page then onu will be reset
