HG323RGW problem on BSNL Bharat Fiber Broadband

HG323RGW is not connected to internet. And the status shows down in status of wan. Checked the user id and password. After replaced ONU it works fine. But this replaced ONU is works fine at other OLT's.
ISP - BSNL FTTH

Mr. Varkey ji please guide.

will the password changes after the firmware upgrade? my LCO got my router and updated firmware, now i can't able to login with username admin and password stdONU101. the operator was not giving me the password.. is there anyway to get the admin password??
