It's volte but uses third party internet. You can actually make VoWiFi calls using the internet from second Sim on some devices. Someone here shared a photo where airtel was using jio Sim internet to connect to VoWiFi.

S10 Lite was listed when I bought it. Yet it took airtel weeks before rolling it out widely. And I only got it after replacing the sim.
