So D2h box had stopped working from past few days & I have been trying to get to their customer care. No response to emails and submitting grievance online. I can totally understand the situation - so for now have reduced it back to basic tier and trying to check option to pause services and see how I can manage.
I have totally moved to streaming services & this TV/D2h is used by my mom to watch literally 5-6 channels, for which I am paying close 250-300. I have tried to set up an old android tv box and see if she can get used to Hotstar/Zee5 etc - but being in her mid 70s she finds it tough to manage.
Though d2h box may get fixed. I am not too happy with their service - and I am likely to dump them once this whole fiasco is over.
So, just need some suggestions as to how best I can make things work. Is another DTH provider the only solution - Any other streaming stick/box that will be more smoother and help her access Star/Zee problems more easily.
