Google the model number and take a look at the spec sheet. It should mention Interface speeds (LAN and WAN). 10/100 is 100mbps (megabit) and 10/100/1000 is 1000mbps (gigabit) [Basically the largest number should be >= 1000].

In the budget category, I'd suggest Archer C6.
For prosumer/enthusiast category, there's Mikrotik and Ubiquiti.

Or if all this gets confusing
Just make a post here!
I am thinking of buying TP-Link c6(mu-mimo) so will I get the full 150 mbps if i use it in access point mode? A reply would be great!

Yeah, archer A6 and C6 both have gigabit ports. Go for any one of them and you should be fine. I would recommend A6 as it is newer...

Woah, the deception of these companies. Got JIO installed and was looking for a router to extend the signal and was gonna go for C20 just by checking the specs written on product page in bold. And an hour back I realised that the usb wifi adapter I bought for my PC doesn't support 5GHZ despite '300mbps' mentioned on the product page.

Always go by n(wifi4) or ac(wifi5) and latest ax(wifi6) instead of speed mentioned on product.
N300 wifi adapter are very common and can easily give 100mbps speed if no interference.
