No Internet in Bharat Fiber from yesterday

From yesterday onwards, I am not getting internet. PON lights are on i guess optical connection is fine, but No internet. Tried to register complaint in selcare.bsnl.co.in, but it does not take complaints.. It shows error message 'No BB Exist.' when i tried to submit the complaint.

Lockdown period,, desperately need internet. BSNL stop playing games..

If there is an LCO involved, maybe try reaching out to them.

How is your ISP doing with increased traffic due to the COVID-19? | Ongoing Highlights happened to me few days ago. As for your other issue, try selecting 'BHARAT FIBER VOICE' for the 'Telephone No./Service Id/LC Id:*' field when you register a complaint, at least that's how I did it.
