Two days into the lockdown and the connection went down
Been around 36 hours now and it doesn't seem like there's going to be a resolution, unfortunately
All I wanted to ask is, Excitel support says they can't get their technicians out during the lockdown, is that correct? or are ISPs exempted as a necessary service?
