reliance smart are really assholes but they have good quality stuff compared to other options available to me. Why reliance cannot ever provide decent customer service

Ordered at Grofers yesterday, they delivered at the doorstep today. I am quite impressed with how easy it was with them compared to Big Basket.
Also ordered at Flipkart on 19th, and the product went out of stock right after that. I checked the status and it says that it was ordered today and will get delivered on 24th. Meanwhile I ordered the same product on Amazon, yesterday and it will get delivered tomorrow. Although I will be paying Rs. 250 more, but I get the option to get a replacement in 10 days. Interesting thing is that the product has gone out of stock on Amazon as well. 😛

It's interesting to see ecommerce sites telling their customers (whose orders delivery have been delayed) tht they r 'gearing up' to meet the demand. Makes me wonder which gear??🤔

Picked up a full load from Dmart Ready today. It came one day early & with no items cancelled 😃
reliance aholes first didn't delivered for weird reason they send you sms to cancel orders but they won't do it themselves. Again placed order with them now they have not delivered half of the items.
Why the f they show items available when it is not in stock
