Is your ONT upgraded, if yes, then you need tio use it in bridge mode and buy a capable router as after teh BOTNET attack the new upgrade has disable mannual NAT/Opening ports on your side even though the menu in router shows that.

URL-ftp://wind3.50hertz.in/SOLAR/MH/OZAR/
@Dark_Nate - i know to that its insecure, but i am using this for personal file transfer. not so credential.

I am on BSNL FTTH, what error does it give you?

well then, it is happenign for some sites , hit and miss, earlier this website wasn't loading properly, to some sites I get respectable 2 Mbps atleast and to other I get speed less than dial-up era around 10 KB/sec max, i don't know what is happening on BSNL's backend but do try to open that link tomorrow before 10 Am ( the sites which are very slow to load right now , works fine before 10 am)

I see you are using Chrome but note that Firefox will shortly be disabling FTP feature in upcoming browser release.

Are you comfortable with commandline if yes I would suggest change fttp->sftp

and use an utiltiy called lftp, nothing comes close to it for average joe use(sync downlaods to utilise bandwidth)

or you can go filezilla, winSCp or cuteFTP way
