Act Fibernet showing the Fake usage

Hello, I was checking my usage of yesterday, it was showing shockingly 10gb usage, I been working from home from whole this month and every day my usage would be max to max 2gb and they are showing twice in the usage which is very very much fake. I have wrote an email to them, they are not responding and also sent a screen shot which is showing fake. secondly, the link is not working after I have sent this email to them. surprisingly, not working still.

I have called to even customer care as well and email no response too.

please help,

I was also facing the same issue till march 2020 but it seems to be fixed and there are no duplicate stats since april 2020.
 
Need to check on this, never checked as never touched the FUP from many months.

same happening with bsnl ftth too
 


Maybe someone you don't know is using your wifi.

This is a stat duplication issue. It's displaying the bw usage for the mentioned duration of time, multiple times and therefore, inflating the quota artificially.
 
Didn't use connection whole day found 40gb used data. Act back to old tricks.


Also they had given 2000gb extra data as flexi byte for advance payment and after app update gone too..I had it all unused.
