Completely fed up of Jio Pathetic customer service.
1st call around 26th, I am told that since my recharge date is 22nd, I wont be getting the double data offer. I told him to take a complaint. He said he did and I will receive complaint number in sms. But guess what in next call I am told no complaint was taken.
2nd call around 26th, I am told that since my latest recharge is not active it will convert to 1000GB as soon as I activate it, I did it on call and it did not happen. Then he said it will be there in my voucher section. That was also a lie, then I was told to wait 24hrs and refused to take complaint.
3rd call on 31st after checking that people already got those voucher, I called them again and now I am told that last date for voucher addition is 1st april and they will be able to take complaint after 1st april only. Also asked me to send email on
jiofibercare@jio.com with the screenshot of my voucher section. I sent the email and received the response "
Our email services will be restricted due to reduced number of associates. "
4th call today, This guy was genius. He changed his statements on fly. Once he said that I have opted for 2M extra thats why I will not get, then he told me people who recharged after 23rd will only get this then he said he do not have access to check this information and send email.
Moreover, I got email from JIO on 31st March that vouchers are credited to my account and I need to check my voucher section. Stating this as goodwill gesture that all existing jio fiber users are getting this. (This is a generic email)
