I am facing a strange problem with the downloads and updates from google playstore,it stops randomly some at 10% and some at 80%,what can this issue be and how can it be resolved as all the users in our locality are facing the same issue.
 
What about doubling the data for old user's? I didn't get any update regarding the same.
This is only for new users
 
Its for all the users,old as well as new users however it shall be applicable only on recharges done post 25th march.
 
@lucifer It is doubled in all the plans. Bronze plan is now 200 GB (instead of 100 GB).
I am saying about the free voucher that comes with bronze plan. It still remains at 50GB while in Silver Plan the voucher too has been doubled.

Edit : Sorry my bad, I thought the Silver plan came with 100 GB additional data earlier.
 
Yes. Only the main data has been doubled. The additional data of all the plans is still the same as before.

I had recharged with the annual plan on 22nd March and just received 12 double data vouchers of 1250GB each which I am guessing is part of the Corona virus plan revision. @saheb did you receive 6 data vouchers?
 
I just received the double data benefit for my bronze plan in the form of a 100 GB voucher.
People who have recharged before 25th, please check the 'My Vouchers' section in the Jio app. You must have got (or will get) the double data benefit.

Hard luck my friend. i believe jio should give a double data benefit irrespective of what their recharge plan is in these difficult times.

I just checked and they did come through. Pleasantly surprised for a change. I have received 6 vouchers for my semi-annual silver plan. 400GB is good enough for my needs! 🙂
 
The main data benefits in annual plan, half year or quarterly plans are the same eg. In Silver main data benefit is shown as 400gb in all. Is this correct?

I had got 4 vouchers for 200gb when I recharged. Was missing 2 vouchers for idk what reason. Got 6 more vouchers today making it 10 vouchers on top of the 200gb limit.
 
Do the vouchers expire if they are not redeemed,i.e i got a 100gb double data voucher on plan 699 for this month,if i dont reedem it this month,can i reedem it next month
