Does anyone having Router QoS setting for Excitel Or any suggestion to leverage the connection quality with excitel using any these settings ?
 
QoS settings for every router are different, you should share your router model if you need help with yours
 
I thought QOS is standard and not govern by any router. Anyway I am using Asus router

Does setting QOS help to improve connection for Voip/Skype, gaming ,streaming live channels, etc ?
 
QoS is a standard(rfc3644) but all features aren't supported on consumer grade routers. I have two of these running on OpenWrt in my home mesh(3 routers total). Here's how you'd configure on factory firmware.
