Excitel Poor Service Experience

I would still suggest keeping it on private conversation. This forum is not the place to get support from Excitel. It's one thing to keep posting issues you are facing on excitel here. Expecting excitel representative to provide support here on a public platform is a bit much. At best he can take your details to look at it. But continuesly going after him on this platform makes no sense. It rob other users from his unofficial updates and responses as he might stop visiting here. He has no reason to provide you support here.
 
I'm not asking for support. He himself asked to help mate.

No reason to provide support? Do you have any reason to let a specific ISP to promote their services and features? Is that okay to you?

@gomfi He's got a point. If you want support from Excitel, do it officially through their services or via PM.

OR switch to a different ISP.
 
@Sushubh So basically, if a customer is facing issue and there isn't any support from their team from last 3 months where my money is wasted. I don't come here and post about it because you have welcomed a ISP rep. who is not okay and kind of being afraid of such honest criticism?

In what sense that is also right?
 
I already saw that. This is a forum for the public. Not for Excitel. DM the guy if you want to talk to him personally.
Bhai, Support mil raha hota na official channel se to yahan merko bhi shock nahi hai baat kerne ka. Limit hoti hai customer ko pagal banane ki. My 2 months of service money is wasted that is why I am asking for answers.

It's you who is abusing this forum to take out your personal frustration with excitel. It's you who are not disconnecting a service that is providing you with an awful user experience.

He is not marketing his services here. He responds to user questions. Sometimes post about things like support for third party dns.

Go to consumer court then, take legal action. You won't be able to solve this here.

I'll follow up in the DM then but I don't consider this as abusing of forum. I've been respectful towards any member. He's an ISP rep. who comes with the aim of promoting his ISP and if a certain criticism is being made, one shouldn't stop that or ignore it. But anyhow, it's your forum, your way of handling it. I cannot alter that.

It's neither frustration nor anger, it's the honest thing which I said and which should be known by people. But anyhow, as I said. It depends upon you if you allow it or not. If not, I try to comply with your decision then.
 
My ISP is Excitel and the internet got fixed after 25 days of regular chatting, emails etc and I am still waiting for the service extension since last 3 days.. Worst ISP in India by far. They were the first one to ditch the call based customer helpline and relying on chat using app now. Pathetic.
 
@feggy for downtime call lco first.
No use of calling excitel.
Most of time problem is with lco.
If lco is good n reliable then excitel is one of the best if not its nightmare.
