I have taken bsnl ftth connection, cable was purchased by me and I have paid all the installation charges(cable cost 5500+installation charges 2000) but that's not an issue they approved my connection and installed onu/router at my home, but they did not activated my ftth connection although I'm receiving bills every month and I have not paid any bills yet. Any suggestions what should I do now? The local sde said me that the problem with his superiors and with bbnl who is not activating connections.
My location is near Pune,Hadapsar

Wow! From when are you receiving bills? How many months?

Also, how far away is your location that cable cost came to Rs 5500?

My home is 550 meters away from the bsnl office and I took 600 meters cable and cable cost me around 8.5 rupees per meter inclusive gst and I'm receiving bills for last row months, shall I share the bill?

@MAngo_FIrst , You should escalate it. Could you try log an official complaint? Maybe at bsnl pune level?
And try get a complaint number to follow up. Maybe one at bsnl state level also.

I am unaware of fiber costs, but I'm surprised BSNL asked you to foot the entire bill. You are in a dense urban town. So it's not like there won't be other user's in future.

Im guessing 'last row months' is last two months. My suggestion is to not pay the bill yet. Mention this also in your complaint and firmly insist they fix / adjust this.

Yeah I'm receiving bills in a row and till date I have not paid any bills although I have contacted them over twitter you can check it at @NikhiBhosale and the link you provided me doesn't works. Is there any other way to escalate this issue?

The fibre cost is accurate.
