friends am using kv broad band trivandrum .. please give me help how to make connection bridge mode ..now its working route mode..
i have tried lots of time but not success ..when bridge changing connection not getting..please help me guys...any one
 
Kerala Vision has mac binding, you'd need to reset mac binding once you change to bridge mode.

@arunkadambanattu had mentioned this can be done from their myaccount portal, but not sure exactly where.
 
Go to KV my account page

Copy your mac address

Go to ONU page and change mode "Router" to "Bridge" and save

Configure PPPoE credentials on your new router

Change mac option to custom and paste mac address copied from KV my account page.

After changing to bridge mode which mac ID I HAVE TO GIVE lco/operator..
 
Bro your fetched MAC id shows on Keralavision my account home page. You cannot change from there. Just copy that mac address and paste to new router. If you need to reset mac, contact your cable operator and he will contact to KV customer care, then only it can change. After reset, Your PPPoE credentials configured routers mac automatically bound to KV servers. You don't need that if you do step 5.

After changing to bridge mode which mac ID I HAVE TO GIVE lco/operator..
