Please answer step by step. Q1. Can Airtel broadband postpaid connection be temporarily disconnected without pay any rental bill for a few months if we have to go out of town for 2-3 months without return the ONT? If yes than any security (custody) fees need to pay, and if yes than how much? If explain in detail.

As an Airtel VDSL connection user here are my thoughts:
No, it is better you call the customer service centre and ask them to disconnect for the period in question. Otherwise your charges will keep accumulating.

Q2. If I use Airtel fiber broadband only for 3-4 months and then do not pay the bill then the connection will automatically disconnect, Right!
So after disconnecting, do I have to return the free ONT? (free ont in case advance 3 months payment with no security deposit). Or can I take it permanently? If I do not return the ONT, then how will Airtel guys takes the ONT back because there is no advance security deposit of the ONT?

Technically that ONT or any CPE is the property of the broadband provider, what you pay is an installation charge and not money to purchase the CPE. For specifics you should clarify with Airtel

Q3. In my area, there are Airtel unlimited plans available like 40mbps @ Rs799 and 100mbps @ Rs1099 included gst.
I want to opt Rs799 plan but I want atleast 60mbps speed. Does this trick works to increase the speed? Suppose after using 1 or 2 months, if I request Airtel customer care to disconnect my connection & giving them reason that I am not satisfied with 40mbps speed as other ISPs like Jio Fiber are giving minimum 100mbps speed. So I need atleast 60mbps speed. Will this trick work? Few guys online was saying that Airtel broadband customer care is flexible and they do negotiate when customer try to permanently disconnect the connection.

They are flexible up to a point after which they will agree to disconnect. You can try your luck. Speeds on offer are completely dependent on the network availability in that area. For e.g. FTTH is not possible where I reside so if I ask them to boost my plan speed to 100 Mbps they will ask me to put in a request for disconnection if I am not happy.

one thing I observed in Airtel broadband website that in many cities they are charging taxes extra for all plans and for few new cities they are including all taxes in plans at same price. Is it some mistake in website or they really including taxes in plans ?

i don't know. maybe state regulations require advertised prices to include all taxes. or local airtel management decided to advertise all inclusive pricing. this is new to me.

I just checked Jaipur and Bundi, both in Rajasthan. Bundi is about to be launched, Jaipur it exists, where its exclusive of taxes, Bundi its inclusive - so more likely its a launch offer in some cities.
