Exe problems

Better way is to reffer to manual. My view is , It should be green, if orange/purple its shows collision.
 
Friends, I got the problem solved The problem was with the bsnl ie some port problem.I dont the what was it after constantly calling them they managed to problem.I can now download and also view service records.If any body has similar prob plz try constantly calling customer care u will finally get it solved.I also thank all the people who replied to my queries.

can u view service usage records if not then call to this no 20111332 he will help u.
