nope i dont have any subscription service i already checked .. i just contacted customer care this time they responded luckily and i asked about my billing issue and box electricity bill they raised a complaint they said it will resolve within 24hrs .. Lets see
 
It's zee 5 subscription can't remove it
 
They are charging me extra 50rs for something i dont know but zee5 costs 99rs through ACT connection so i thought it wouldnt be zee5 but i just checked logging in zee5 with my ACT registered mobile number and guess what it worked i can watch premium content of all languages WTH......
 
Told ya there billing n support is dodgy.
Though routing n infrastructure is solid.
 
TRUEEE @igloo..... so i think they are reducing my internet bill by 49rs for box electricity and they are adding zee5 subscription that costs 99rs that makes total 799rs per month and i payed two months of zee5 subscription without any clue ... Are you f'in kidding me ACT .....
 
Best part is zee5 is not worth more than 499 for year.
 

They should ask customers whether they want to opt it or not before adding it to their bill atleast they should have mentioned it in bill ... Everything is good in act except billing...... Should warn new customers....
 
I just msged zee5 to cancel my subscription that is provided by ACT (I thought) and they said this.... Lol.

U downloaded app ? There is no option to cancel zee5 scammers zee5, no wonder zee is bankrupt and it it's owner went to jail too !
 
does anyone have issue where speeds get stuck at 10MBps ? i have it multiple times.. and have to reset everything and wait for 5 min or so..before starting everything up, its annoying !
 
zee5 says only act can cancel subscription, i told zee5 multiple times !
