@ijsa yeah thats very true , these so called airtel and alldon't even bother for expansion . they simply dont care. The people there are getting good speeds beacuse airtel has less ftth customers as compared to others and also they were looting money till jio entry which some percent they have given for backend expansion rest all to their own pockerts. And i have absoltuley no issues with my BSNL ftth till this covid scenario. No speed issues no connection cuts just simply nothing . And also my lco is very helpful and all when i contacted him he disscsses all isues they are facing now with me. Also BSNL has restored about 90 percent of speeds till now . Sometimes ping issues are there but not a big thing.
 
Any news on another extension on this. 😛
 
how can i recharge my account for three months?? i dont see any three months plan in app or website but i recharged my account for three months earlier in feb.... if anyone know please reply

I think you need to call the customer care number and ask them to change the plan.

Can you write down the breakdown of the amount you paid and the plan you opted for (and the city too)?
 
i am from vizag and i got my act connection on 1st feb 2020 ... i payed earlier on feb as u can see below for three months of total 2652rs that means 884rs per month for 100mbps plan.... it is usually 749rs per month without 18% GST but now in app it is showing me to pay 942.82rs breaking down the tax it is 25.8% i contacted customer care no one answerd and i mailed them no reply till now and also i msged them in twitter no response and also they said when installing my connection they will reduce my bill amount upto 50-80rs every month because of the box they installed that i am giving power connection to it .... so they have to reduce my bill amount 150rs or so because i payed for three months in feb but now my bill got incremented by extra 7.8% tax or something... now i want to change my plan to 50mbps for three months and i cant find it anywhere....

And also i payed 87rs in april month as due amount i dont know what it is for i contacted customer care and they said they will call back later within 48hrs but till now i didnt got any call form them regarding to this due amount

Hey, can you please click on bill details in the app and then share the screenshot of the breakdown of the details charged. It should show why they're charging you the extra money for the month. Do remember to blur out the personal info, if any.

ACT got very corrupt billing practices. You have to get this box electricity bill rebate everytime the bill is generated.
Add to this their hopeless customer support that firstly cant be reached easily, secondly doesn't reply to your email, thirdly give a lame reply each time.
They have a mix of postpaid + prepaid. either be pure prepaid or pure postpaid.
But no we want bill you in advance. Thats prepaid .... but we due date too.
 
how can i get my box electricity bill rebate everytime?? Now i get it basically for every month it is 749rs for 100mbps speed but in my bill it is showing 799rs if i get my box electricity bill rebate everytime they will cut 50rs in my bill every month so that will be total of 749rs ....so that means i am paying full amount of my internet bill without cutting of box bill charges this looks like some kind of tactics to me ....These are my thoughts correct me if i am wrng...
