Hello people, it is the seventh day of the month and I already ran out of data.

I'm on 750 GB plan and data usage uptil now is 957 GB , I assumed maybe other people on my network streamed hd/4k unknowingly youtube or other platform.

But today when I checked fup page something looks suspicious to me:

I've consumed 55.13 GB according to it, but this doesn't seem fair

On 2mbps post fup connection: 2 Mbps * 24hr *3600 sec = 172800 Megabits/ day =21.6 GB/day is possible

and right now even a day is not went past, unlike you guys I didn't suffer any download /upload bandwidth loss 10-12 MB/s though

Is somebody else same data leaks like this too?

Raise a complaint on the pgportal and post screenshots on twitter.

IAM facing same problem

My LCO told me that there is some upgradation work is going on . He showed me this massage that he received from BSNL official

"All SSA Nodals are requested to go through the snapshot of this mail. MNG PAN team is asking for complete details of services like DSLAM, OLT, ILL, NODE B, WIFI HOTSPOT etc of each and every OCLAN, so that the whole network may be migrated to MNG PAN Netwok. Kindly prepare this at an earliest. This may be treated as urgent
⁩ Sir⁩ .
At present all other SSAs OCLAN are connected to TIER2 cantt which is further connected to TIER 1 through dark fiber. Sometimes it also creates optical power issue resulting poor performance.
PAN switch is co-located to Cantt Tier2, so whole Tier 2 may be migrated on PAN network to avoid this frequent interruption.
It is my humble request to sensitize the concerned nodal to prepare data at an earliest to avoid further hinderance in services.
Regards,
Pankaj Kumar Srivastava,
Node-in-Charge, Varanasi

Is your PPPoE creds still the default? Perhaps someone else is misusing your connection. Try changing your PPPoE password.

1. so, no Rs250 voice activation charge or clip charge or any other extra charge ? Look at second page, adjustment section. Few guys have been charged Rs250 voice activation and few charged for clip charge Rs529. I want to know have bsnl charged you for any such thing. I specially want to see your bill's adjustment section.

2. And by the way, which plan you are using?
3. Which website's screenshot is this?
