Is the network coverage Map shown on their website accurate?

Just wondering if the network coverage map shown on the website in the footer was actually accurate or not.
I contacted them twice, wherein they said that the engineer will call back after checking feasibility in the area, but the engineer never calls back.
According to their map, my location is covered in their network area, I have also written an email to their support regarding the same, and still no reply from them on that either.
Pls Share your experiences

BTW I want a connection in Gurgaon Patel Nagar.
 
It is accurate but it doesn't get updated as often I guess. Also if you can, try reaching them out via Twitter? https://twitter.com/excitel_rocks is their ID.
 
Will try twitter too, as I have experienced it works much better than using customer support.
 
I wrote an email to them pointing my location and explaining the problem, they did revert back saying connection is possible and I have opted for 75 mbps quaterly plan.
He sent plan details on sms and took my adhaar card and other info on whatsapp, any furthur process is yet to take place.
Although he mentioned that fiber plans are not available here only copper ones are.
And I will have to pay 500 installation and buy my own router.

Till now nothing.
2 people did come for a visit with a 4 pair Cat5e cable in hand but the way they wer6r talking (both on phone call and in person) clearly showed that they had no interest in moving their lazy asses to work.
They left saying that they will have to extend the node to nearest pole and will do that by evening and call back.
But..... Nothing.

Same happening with tripleplay too, when I called to confirm feasibility, he said it's node is right next to my building and connection will be up and running in a day.
Took money also same day, but since then only excuses and lies, nothing done.
Today is Holi, I am 200% sure nothing will be done.
