Did you just post the same link I posted only one post before yours? 😀

anyone else having issues with packet losses?i am currently using ADSL while playing pubg pc with my friends suddenly i start getting losses around 80% every 5 minutes or so and my friend who lives in Rajasthan playing via Bsnl ftth also starts getting losses at the same time and it also gets fixed for both of us at the same time while our other friends who are playing via other networks have no issue at all.

i did read it yesterday, i must have missed something my bad i wasn't paying full attention

yeah it looks like the entire nationwide BSNL network is affected with current issue.

yeah i read it again my bad bro.

Anybody here experiencing speed issues especially for upload speed?
My connection is dropping every 5 minutes as well. GPON status is stable however.

Yes, my upload speed seems to be under 1 mbps now - more like 300 kbps.

Speculation - they have intentionally dropped upload speeds on all customers to reduce the effect of botnet attack!

bsnl ftth in my city has literally died ,speeds around 4-5 mbps, with exceptional ping issues, the lco is new so he is clueless as well.
my bsnl adsl is giving good speeds on sppedtest/fast however browsing is a mess, even youtube has been acting wonky. Curiously speedtest results on ftth are worse then adsl ,which is mostly unaffected speedwise.
wierd situation.

A botnet attack on BSNL network is self replicating, right? Doesn't that mean both download and matters equally?
Also is it even legitimate news that it's a botnet attack?
