Is Airtel available in Gurgaon Sector 15(Part 2)Patel Nagar

I am feeling hopeless now, cant find any good ISP in this area even though it is such a prime location.
Can any one enlighten me if airtel is available or any other decent ISP in this region?
I did see some airtel V fiber pamphlets on poles near my house but when i applied for it online, received a message saying its unavailable.......

Please Help
 
patel nagar area should definitely have airtel. an uncle resides there in front of the water tank park near police line. and he definitely has airtel. but yeah if airtel has stated that they don't service your address, they probably do not have wiring around your house...
 
it is not really that big of an area that some part of it is covered and some is not.
on one side it has civil lines, on other it has sector 15 which hosts tech giants like Google.....
but literally i have contacted 5-6 ISPs here, excitel, spectra, timbl, den, etc.
no one is providing any service, this is unbelievable.

EDIT: Just Checked, My house is Right Next to the Police Line you just mentioned.
 
they are recommending Nextra.......
people at nextra dont even pickup my call

I have tried talking to locals here, but they arent all that helpful.
getting replies like we use jio sim.
 
so cable guys in your area are not offering internet directly? that's strange.
 

talked to a guy named pradeep, he said he could provide TV services on cable, but he wont give any reliability on broadband.
 
sigh. so what are you using currently? i guess things would only change in your area when jio fiber launches.
 
actually i am new to gurgaon and have just bought an apartment, shifting in 3-4 days.
Currently living with relative in sector 12.
 
yeah seems to be the only 4 floor towers in the entire colony.
There are 6 of these 5 under construction, 1 ready on which i got a 3 bhk
 
Is there no nearby BSNL telephone exchange where you can enquire about FTTH service?
 
Probably due to there being new construction in progress, no operator has bothered to lay down wiring yet in your area, so it might be a waiting game.

I have had a very rough time with BSNL in the past, so didn't look that way.
It's not a new construction area, just the flat I booked happened to be new, Patel Nagar in Gurgaon is a well settled colony, surrounded by sector 15 part 2 and Civil Lines.
I was led to believe that this was a prime location with no service in India that's not available here, maybe that was a fraud i git caught into.
Still keeping my hopes high and looking for options.
 
Check for BSNL, if it's available you can opt for it as a stopgap until some other operator starts in your area.
