Even if we pay 1000rs ,they will not upgrade their networks ,and the money will go directly into these peoples pockets,they will not pay their dues.We will be still getting shitty speeds.When 4g was introduced they were looting us. Let's agree that 4g costs in other developed countries are more but their overall 4g experience is much much better ,in fact they are not in immediate demand for 5g there.

The problem we face is the vast Geographic expanse that our country has. Never will we get seamless connectivity all over the country. Likewise in the US too, Urban areas are well covered while semi urban to rural is choppy .
But yes, even I don't mind paying 1000 Rs/month, if I am going to get Singapore speeds and spotless connectivity in the urban areas of India consistently.

This is just a negotiation tactic. They will demand Rs35 but hope to get at least Rs 10 per Gb.

Govt buying off VIL and merging it with BSNL-MTNL is not a bad idea.
But the company should run like JV.

Merging with bsnl is super bad idea. Its almost like 2 operator only regime. Plus all bank loan will be paid by taxpayers money.
How many here use bsnl as primary sim? You ll know why I am saying so.

Yaar..... I am sick of their begging everyday. They are acting like Nirbhaya's convicts. Trying every dirty trick under the sun to stay afloat without paying. They should sell off their assets and fuck off and never return. I have already written off my Idea stocks investment anyway.

If they want that to happen then they should guarantee genuine 4G speeds wherever they have cell towers & if they can't then they should be fined heavily. Perhaps 10 times what they want to charge the customer. 😋😁
