Hi,
I recently got an FTTH connection of netplus broadband. I took a plan of 150Mbps Up and Down ULD. The ont is a zte f660 with 1 gigabit port and other 3 are normal 100Mbps. I have attached my archer c6 with it on gigabit port, but the problem is that while its connected on gigabit port the speeds on 5Ghz wifi is not upto the mark at all. Im getting around 40-50 Mbps down and 120 Mbps Up on gigabit port. When i change the lan cable of c6 on ont to a 100Mbps port the wifi speeds on c6 increases to 70-90 Mbps down and 70-90 Mbps Up. The speeds via ont gigabit port connect to my laptop via lan is around 125Mbps up and down. What can be the reason??

Have you tried resetting the router. I had a similar issue while setting up my ftth connection.
Factory resetting my router TP-Link archer ac1200 fixed that issue.

Im also having packet loss, but that shoud not be the cause of this wifi speed problem as on lan speeds are normal? This test is done via lan.

Oh alright!!! 😆 Anyways my lco came and he told that try speedtest.net.in to test speeds as they use this as standard for netplus. I did that and here it shows 120Mbps up down over 5ghz. Even on the speed meter on my OnePlus 6 it went upto 15.6MB/s. So why other websites etc are giving slow download speeds on wifi only?

Can somebody share how to bridge this connection. Netplus doesn't use ppoe but vlan and dynamic ip.

155 MBPS max (as advertised by BSNL guys, i don't know do they relly mean MegaBytes or Megabits)

So is this for each connection or the olt? Asking this because i overheard my lco talking to a company executive that the total bandwidth here is only 1STM
