BSNL EPay woes

Like every month I used Amazon pay to pay this month's bill as well (paid on 20th, last date was 26th) although the transaction was successful, BSNL portal is still showing my bill as unpaid.
 
@vishalrao, one last thing. After paying via EPay, what do you see in portal2.bsnl.in? Payment due or paid?

Sorry, I don't remember going back to portal2.bsnl.in... I only re-check on epay website where it said "payment done though offline channel".

Ouch, looks like BSNL is going to harass customers now. I gotta save my payment screenshot this time for sure 😀
 
Even tho even for me portal showed unpaid, but services started in an hour after I paid the bill which I had forgotten cause these guys dont send paper bills anymore.
 
So got reminder SMS for this month's bill payment. Hope there is no issues with it this time!
 


For me, the bill for the month of March still has the amount for the previous month added to it despite being payed duly on time.

@f3rmion in my case, I had to reach out (call) to the customer support (looks like it's just one person) via WhatsApp non-stop for days. I finally got my issue resolved by Pinaacle Tech. support on March 6th – I paid my bill on the 21st.
 
I contacted cc but they said they couldn't do anything about it and I had to contact local office, luckily I'm in touch with local SDM and he finally helped me solve this issue.
 
So this month's bill has come via email and when I visit epay website it is showing "bill paid through offline channel" message when I try to pay.

I hope they resolve this soon, I dont want them to cut off my internet due to non-payment of bill because of their problem.
 
The epay website error got fixed today, was able to pay the bill just now.

I had tweeted BSNL and they gave the number of Pune accounts officer who just told me dont worry your connection wont be cut off and to wait for few days and try again.
 
Guys I need ur help. On 21st April I have payed by bsnl ftth payment of 989 rs via Amazon pay upi for getting the 100rs cashback offer available on Amazon Pay. Till now my balance is not updated in self care portal and I am constantly getting messages for making payment ,phone calls for.making payment . It's now 27 th april and its now taken more than 6 days . From amazon end they says my payment is successful. What should I do now should I lodge a complaint with self care portal or should I wait till 30 th in hopes that it will get updated.....
