I've been paying bills regularly through 3rd party wallets - Paytm, freecharge, Amazon ...
though paid bill before the due date (~ 60 hours before) services are disconnected ...
when inquired, freecharge executive said that they sent payment on the same day.
made a complaint on BSNL selfcare portal, sent mail to BSNL grievance officer
& sent DM to BSNL Telangana on twitter. no reply so far & issue is not resolved
