Does Airtel Gigabit connect to the modem via CAT6?

well. the point is that you can get the onu installed wherever you are comfortable and get the ethernet cable out of it. so just find a suitable location. where it can be hidden but is in a safe space. just need power supply. and safety from rain etc.
 
the other option is to bypass ethernet completely. get mesh routers. and use them to power internet in your house. maybe even use one of the mesh node to power the internal ethernet network in your house.
 
I have Orbi AC3000 with 4 satellites, mix of wired and wireless backhaul. But that’s besides the point. That doesn’t help me hide fibre wiring.
 
I have those TP-Link MC220L optical to ethernet convertors. I use them to convert ethernet to optical, to optically isolate my network from external surges.

I don't think they would work for you though. These devices need MMF fiber (dual connectors) while Airtel feed is a single connector.
