What makes BSNL the worst ISP.

At the moment it's unstable for me too, very slow international speeds, IBF very slow. Youtube working fine.
 
The service of BSNL employees. I have been facing high packet loss issue from day 1 of connection (7-01-2020). Its been two months, they are just not interested in solving problem. No problem with download speed. I just want to disconnect this worst BSNL, but sadly, I don't have any other ISP options in my area.

@Sudhir08 where is your location? Try contacting your local NIB/nodal officer? Looks like network/server side issue which your local LCO/BSNL telephone exchange cannot fix.

@vishalrao My city pin code is 416404, Maharashtra. I tried calling customer care and also posted a complaint on Twitter, still no response.
Do you know NIB contact no of Maharashtra or any help
