Excitel Fiber Broadband in Bangalore - User Experience?

Means now they've forwarded to more higher level team. I wonder why they not let us talk to Mr. Vivek Raina sir 😁
 
This is the most pathetic internet service provider i used. from 1st day only problem started. connection was just for 1 hr and rest of the day no internet. i took 200 mbps plan in bangalore but actual speed comes is 3 mbps download and 1 mbps upload. everyday u need to raise a complain and go through pathetic service experience. dont get fooled by paid good reviews
 
Hi. I am near Banashankari 2nd Stage bda complex. I have this connection for one year now. I had only one downtime in the entire year. Speed is consistent. No issues.
 
@varunc24 thanks for the reply. How is the ping, jitter, buffer bloat and international speeds ?
 

@droid my friend had the connection in mathikere, bangalore.
Pings were 1-2ms to Excitel Blore server and other local servers on Ookla.
Pings to broadband.forum was 4ms.(on airtel its 160ms+) maybe sushubh knows the reason.
Also, warp+ was connecting to BLR endpoint, unlike airtel, connects to frankfurt, rarely mumbai and hyd irrespective of your location.
There was no downtime for the entire 90days he had the connection.

i am looking to take excitel in mathikere
how is the service and downtime
what plan is he in and what speed he is getting
And who is his service provider
