@yihoyok965 You are referring to the refund of the ONT/router security deposit right? Rs 750 is a decent price for an ONT, I plan to keep it eitherway. 😅

Also, the 6+3 offer is no longer available for me (in Bangalore). I think they removed it starting from May 1. I only see the 3+1 offer now.

Yes, was asking for ONT/Router. Looks like its a better idea to just buy or use a own router than paying 2000

They refunded ont money (₹2000) to my friend in a week after he requested disconnection.
I guess the new plans are available for everyone 4300₹ for 9 month 100mbps and 5000₹ for 300mbps 9 months. It's there on the portal itself. They are no longer bonanza/ festive plans so Bangalore may have the same

June has been pretty bad for Excitel in my area I guess. Three separate multi hour downtimes 🤷‍♂️ Today it went down at 12:07 PM or so as per my health checks (the session ended only 5 minutes later) and came back up only at 5:05 PM. That's 5 hours.

So this month so far

June 17th - 2.5 hours
June 18th - 4 hours
June 24th - 5 hours

Hey, I faced the same problem too in June like everyday!
Does it still exist? How did u solve it?

25 hour downtime, went down at 10 AM or so yesterday and came back up only today at 11 AM or so.
As I'm not in Bangalore, I wasn't sure if it was a power failure or not, so didn't complain either. Anyway got resolved automatically, probably a cable cut if I've to guess.

@Yash-Ass No, seemed fine after that in June. July was also fairly okay.

Looks like they have 3+1 100 Mbps, 3+1 300 Mbps and 6+3 300 Mbps plans now.

I still have the option to pay for 300mbps 6+3 for Rs 5000 but also the new plan is also got listed with Rs 5500 and same benefits.

@Sushubh thats reeltime and shows for me as well but previously same amount was for 300mbps fiber and its gone. u can opt coz u will be upgraded to 300 mbps whenever there is official fiber upgrade. i was thinking yesterday but didn't do🙁🙁

way excitel network is ... specially last mile is overloaded. I doubt 100 vs 300mbps makes any difference.
I am on same 5k 300mbps 6+3 plan & hardly any difference is noticeable.
Unable to cross 200mbps even in night hours and peak hours is same 80-120mbps.
