Thanks for sharing video links.

At my end, lately getting an error after configuring the JioCall app. Once OTP comes, verified and jiocall added to whitelist get an error "please check your internet connection"

This is surprising as used JioFiber in first place to download the app from playstore and configure all way.

Any idea, pointers here?

How can I change my JioCall number?

You can change your JioCall number easily by re-configuring the app with some other Jio SIM. When you configure it with some other Jio SIM, the phone number of your Jio SIM becomes the mobile number of the app.
