From the image looks like your line is capable of speeds close to 20 Mbps down, so get BSNL to increase the data rate to say 12-13 Mbps which would enable you to get the full 10 Mbps speed.
Regarding upload, that's probably the max you could get.
hi, the thread starter does not reveal the plan.
Normal speed with bsnl cable wires , is at the maximum of 10mbps and upload of 621 kbs.
You cannot get the plan speed if you are in the same wire .
the latest round wire, will give long standing experience of 12 mbps, but not above that, even though the maximum speed noted in dsl settings in the odem. Only fibvre speed plan gives you the maximum speed as per plan you choose.
