you are ignoring speed loss due to distance and wiring quality. you need to get it increased to 12000 (1200?) to get close to 10mbps.

DSL internet should be eliminated completely from the nation. All it does is have signal degradation and interference.

Switch to BSNL FTTH. You'll be better off.

you are right but if I have bsnl or any other fth in my area I wouldn't be here for asking help.

Nobody here can help you. It's DSL. It will have SNR and Line Attenuation issues. And BSNL will simply not care about the customer anyway.

Try talking to the GM of BSNL in your area. You might be able to convince them to give you FTTH.

From the image looks like your line is capable of speeds close to 20 Mbps down, so get BSNL to increase the data rate to say 12-13 Mbps which would enable you to get the full 10 Mbps speed.

Regarding upload, that's probably the max you could get.

hi, the thread starter does not reveal the plan.
Normal speed with bsnl cable wires , is at the maximum of 10mbps and upload of 621 kbs.
You cannot get the plan speed if you are in the same wire .
the latest round wire, will give long standing experience of 12 mbps, but not above that, even though the maximum speed noted in dsl settings in the odem. Only fibvre speed plan gives you the maximum speed as per plan you choose.
the cable connection wire could not transmit more than that
