Vodafone-Idea recently stated that all its postpaid products and services will be transferred to the new Vodafone RED plan.

The new strategy will begin in the Mumbai telecom circle. The joint venture will move on to other circles later for the service. All new postpaid customers will by default be transferred to the Vodafone RED plans according to their usage and preferences.

Further, existing customers of Idea Nirvana, Idea’s postpaid branch, will be migrated to similar Vodafone RED plans. The change will affect enterprise Idea postpaid customers as well.

Freaks.

A family member is getting bombarded by sms asking him to shift to a 299/- postpaid plan. But I can't see any such plan on their site🤔 The sms does not say much about what crap they are offering for 299/-. 😖

Porting is going to be a nightmare for postpaid. I've been trying to get the UPC since the past two days. All I get is this SMS as a reply. Bills are cleared already. Vodafone tells me to wait for 2 - 3 days and try again.

Code:
UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)Payments outstanding. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

I ported my Vodafone postpaid couple of months back to Airtel. Apart from them trying to make me cancel my porting by lying to me, rest everything went smooth.

Vodafone speed before system upgradation. (Usually I used to get 20+ mbps even in peak hours)

I ported my Vodafone postpaid couple of months back to Airtel. Apart from them trying to make me cancel my porting by lying to me, rest everything went smooth.

I even get call from them If I generate porting code, they claim that everything will be sorted in 48 hrs they also beg to cancel port request.

But unfortunately nothing improves.

But in my current location I was getting better speeds but after so called "Vodafone-Idea system upgradation" after 29 June I get poor speeds 😢.
