Heh. Were you enrolled for beta updates? The article says it is rolling out to only those who enrolled for beta.
 

Nopes I just checked manually & the notification popped up. 😁 Two M31 in my house got the update.
BTW The up vol & power button combination for clearing partition cache does not work anymore. 😞

As always you will have to remove bloatware 😡 Samsung pay mini is part of this update. It can't be uninstalled or disabled. It's come too late for me. I am quite happy with ICICI Imobile pay.
