Hello - i am using Kerala Vision Broadband FTTH connection. GPON modem is Net Link HG323RGW. Does anyone know how to rectify NAT issues on PS4. I tried all settings DMZ, UPNP, Port forwarding but nothing is working out. The NAT type on PS4 is always 3 (restricted). Will connecting a router help (ONT Modem LAN to Router LAN). If it helps can someone share the steps for same. Thanks in advance.

Do they assign a public IP address? Is uPnP turned on?
Did u enable every option at once and try? If yes, it will not work. Don't enable everything at once. Try them individually

Looks like they use CG NAT, so it would be an issue. Not sure how you can work around that. 🤷♂️ Is uPnP enabled? (2nd link in the last screenshot)
I have jio who use cg NAT too but i still get NAT type 2 without UPnP
