airtel broadband billing issue?

I should be receiving a higher bill since I shifted to 799+299 plan midway. But the bill doesn't make sense still. And the detailed bill is giving me PDF of the older bill.
 
same. my connection is supposed to be disconnected this week. that should not affect the bill for last month though.
 
airtel support has been completely shit for me over the last couple of weeks. good riddance.
